Description of problem:

`subctl verify` command panics at multiple places when run on a globalnet enabled envoriment.

Steps to Reproduce:

Run `subctl verify` command on any cluster running Submariner 0.16.0 with Globalnet enabled.

Actual results:

The error message looks like this

 [PANICKED] Test Panicked         In [It] at: k8s.io/apimachinery@v0.27.7/pkg/util/runtime/runtime.go:56 @ 11/06/23 15:17:27.967         interface conversion: interface {} is nil, not *unstructured.Unstructured 

Expected results:

`subctl verify` command should run properly.
