Submariner 0.16.0 - Extracted subctl binary present incorrect version

      Description of problem:

      ACM 2.9

      Submariner 0.16.0

       

      When extracting subctl binary from the image, it shows an incorrect version.

       

      oc image extract registry.redhat.io/rhacm2/subctl-rhel8:v0.16 --path="/dist/subctl-*-linux-amd64.tar.xz":/tmp/ --confirm

      The above command outputs the following archive name:
      subctl-vsubctl-linux-amd64.tar.xz

      And the archive name should be:
      subctl-v0.16.0-linux-amd64.tar.xz
