For the knowledge graphs to be useful we need to know they will contain an amount of data that can be used to answer some important questions.  These questions will be determined from leads across components and will answer "yes" to most/all of these questions:

1. Does the question span ACM trust boundaries?
2. Is the question asked by customers on multiple occasions?
3. Does the question represent an area of many issues being encountered?

The DDR linked in the epic contains initial questions that may be curated further for this work item.
