Description of the problem:

• I have seen a few cases where there is a confusion around installation of the MCE operator. The confusion is mainly because customer do not know that MCE operator is automatically installed by the ACM operator.

My suggestion:

• Add more notes in the section:

1.4.7. Install the Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes operator and hub cluster

that adds explanation on why this annotation is needed and what this annotation does and it will help provide more clarity
