Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create 40 busybox pods in C1
2. Perform Failover to C2, Worker nodes restart when failover is in progress
3 Validate VolSync
5. Relocate back to C1, Worker nodes restart when relocate is in progress
6. Validate VolSync

Actual results:

VolSync stopped to sync
