Description of problem:

• yeah, I’m aware of this limitation with the current ACM Obs Overview dashboard design and hopeful that we may rectify in the ACM obs itself. For GH 1.0, I agree to link to the ACM - Resource Optimization / Cluster of the managed hub makes the most sense.
• Lets be as specific as possible since the customer/user will want to know a more precise timeline. “Initial data load occurs after 0:00Z” or something like that. My thinking is that users will have different cultural/language background and the words ‘no data until tomorrow’ could lead them to ambiguous conclusions about when to check back.
