Description of problem:

ACM provisioned clusters with machine pools have the following options: "Scale Machine Pool", "enable autoscale", and "delete machine pool". Upon enabling autoscale, the options then become "edit autoscale", "disable autoscale", "delete machine pool"

However a SNO cluster does not hide the edit/disable autoscale options initially:

  • We need to align the console's behavior with respect to autoscaler modals, across provisioned and SNO clusters, as well as ensure the modals enforce their minimum values thoroughly, as of now the user can still drop a minimum replica value by just editing the value in the modal.
