Description of problem:

The application sidebar tab takes 15 seconds to load when 12 apps are used with the cluster. The end customer plan to deploy many more (hundreds) and has high concerns over the delay it takes.

only reproduced in customer environment

Steps to Reproduce:

1. deploy ACM 2.6.3
2. attach 67 clusters to ACM
3. deploy 12 plateform apps (compliance, health check)

Actual results:

the app sidebar tab takes more time to load as apps are added.

Expected results:

the speed does not increase by seconds

Additional info:

• The customer plans to deploy hundreds of buisness apps
• there are right now 12 apps, dealt by the platform team for compliance, health check, etc accross clusters
• I will add more information on the app samples.
