      Description of problem:

      On the create cluster wizard of RHV, upon selecting OCP 4.13 for the release image, we get the warning:

      This modal level should actually be at info level, as per design team, and it should probably still have a link to the OCP documentation regarding the deprecation, which would match what appears in the infrastructure page:
