Description of problem:

in the field people's environment, the pg_wal directory size is greater than 30Gi. but we can see the pg_wal max size is 3Gi which is set in the postgresCluster CR.

We won't use the crunchy operator in global hub 1.0, but we need to understand why it is not working.
