Description of problem:

In ACM if you try to deploy an application with an underscore in the repo URL, an error is reported indicating that a namespace cannot be created because of an invalid name.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy an application from a repository URL that has an underscore in it
2. Error is reported stating that the namespace cannot be created due to an invalid name

Actual results:

Error, namespace creation does not occur when deploying an application from a repository URL that has an underscore

Expected results:

namespace creation should work when deploying an application in ACM using a repository URL with an underscore, some customers will have these types of URLs
