[UI] Hosted cluster name info text is incorrect

      Description of problem:

      The info for cluster name for hosted cluster is incorrect. Upon clicking, it states:

      The common Kubernetes resource name shared by multiple resources generated from cluster creation or import; including the Namespace, ManagedCluster, or ClusterDeployment.

      This is for a hosted cluster not yet imported, but ClusterDeployment is a hive concept and we should include HostedCluster.
