Epic Goal
As an ACM user, administrator of the fleet, I would like to import ROSA HCP clusters and manage them.
Why is this important?
Enable customers to leverage ACM for fleet management of all types of OpenShift offerings, be they managed or self-managed.
Scenarios
Import an existing ROSA HCP into an ACM hub with ACM Obs enabled
Check the ROSA HCP cluster details > Addons tab. The ROSA HCP does not roll out the observability addons as expected. The Addons were not attempted? or do they only work for user-workload-monitoring?
Acceptance Criteria
We expect the fleet admin to have some level of observability for the ROSA HCP. What will be possible given that the control plane nodes are not seen.

Previous Work (Optional):
Open questions:
- ROSA HCP provides only the worker nodes. Hence we need to define what the level of Observability should be possible in this scenario.
