The documentation makes many references to a "managed cluster", but this term is confusing for 3 reasons:

• It does not seem to be defined in the documentation.
• The term has a connotation that it's a cluster that is managed, like ROSA or ARO.
• The documentation calls the cluster running ACM the "hub cluster", so I expected the clusters that it creates and manages to be called "spoke clusters" to complete the analogy.
