[UI] Cannot destroy hypershift agent cluster via UI due to unexpected AWS destroy dialog

      Description of the problem:

      I created a 4.14 agent based hosted cluster using the Console. When clicking on the button to destroy the cluster, the dialog below appears, mentioning instructions to destroy AWS clusters, and it's not possible to destroy the agent based hosted cluster via UI anymore
