Description of problem:

Since hypershift is enabled by default now in MCE 2.4 / ACM 2.9, the pre-req should no longer be required. Getting the cli should still be required.

There is also an inconsistency between the AWS and kubevirt one for this heading:

1. "Prerequisite and Configuration" vs "Prerequisite"
2. "Download and install the Hosted Control Plane CLI" vs no mention.
3. enabling no longer required in MCE 2.4
