Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• remove the dependencies of global hub operator
• move the previous dependencies as a BYO solution
• install kafka and postgres operator by the global hub operator. if the operator is from downstream, the kafka operator is amq-streams and postgres operator is redhat certified. otherwise, the kafka operator is strimzi operator and postgres operator is community version
• the kafka and postgres operator install plan is automatic
• the kafka/kafkauser/kafkatopic/postgrescluster operand will be created by global hub operator. but the global hub operator won't reconcile it. if they are deleted, the global hub operator will recreate them. if they are modified, the global hub does nothing
• the global hub operator won't uninstall kafka and postgres.
• document: mirror amq-streams and crunchy postgres operator
