Add additional default columns to the managed columns policy table

       In ACM 2.9 we have improved the ACM policies table by allowing users to customize the columns shown by default and the ordering of those columns.

      This task is intended to add some additional columns to the columns selected by default.  Currently only name, namespace and violations are shown.  Our initial view should show some more columns – but which ones. 

      Recommended:

      name, namespace, violations, remediation, source, policyset (maybe useful in particular if we provide OOTB PolicySets one day)

      I think remediation is the main extra addition – with source and policyset being nice to haves.
