Overview:

A must-gather that collects data related to the HCP, the HostedClusters/NodePools/.. is missing. This can prolong time-to-resolution and presents a non-ideal UX.

Key Points:

• Today current hypershift dump command is used in development for gathering diagnostic data.
• HyperShift dump/must-gather should be part of MCE's must-gather since HyperShift is part of MCE.
• MCE has its separate must-gather, and hence, HyperShift's diagnostic data collection should be incorporated into it.
• Potentially an ACM must-gather as well?

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Determine the best method to provide customers with diagnostic data retrieval for HyperShift (e.g., hypershift-dump) 
2. Ensure that the hypershift dump command or its equivalent is integrated into MCE's must-gather.
