Description of problem:

In MCE 2.4, 'hypershift-preview' toggle has been changed to 'hypershift' and be enabled by default. However this hasn't been reflected in the UI, so the option to create the s3 credential via UI wizard is blocked even when hypershift is enabled:

• workaround: can still create the secret in the backend/cli
