Create an informative issue (See each section, incomplete templates/issues won't be triaged)

Using the current documentation as a model, please complete the issue template. 

Note: Doc team updates the current version and the two previous versions (n-2). For earlier versions, we will address only high-priority, customer-reported issues for releases in support.

Describe the changes in the doc and link to your dev story

Provide info for the following steps:

2.9_stage: Build, Peer review, check with GRC team to review the two policy files if needed. 
No files were changed except the Push/Pull file (reviewed by Mike) and the intro (Reviewed by Mike). Additional content for deprecating PlacementRule was added, or it was removed per request.

Things to keep in mind:

• Not all things gitOps goes here, please get a second opinion from Mike and Christian to understand placement of any content.
• Things left in other books were intentional but always good to double check to see if I missed something.
• Peer review intro and push pull when you can.
• Error is on line 2 but not clear what it is....neither myself nor Chris could find it.

• Pull model is tech prev.; please stay on top of that.
• PlacementRule deprecated, please ensure the teams open an issue for actual removal as part of Done criteria.
