Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Upgrade the Global Hub Operand from v1alpha3 to v1alpha4
• Remove DataLayerType from MCGH, since we only support LargeScale
• Remove the NativeConfig from MCGH
• Convert the Kafka and Postgres Config type from the pointers to structs, so that can generate the default configuration if the customers don't set these values.

• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
