Description of problem:

On a Regional DR setup, observing connectivity issues between the two managed clusters.
Due to this issue, ODF mirroring status remains in Warning state.

Using subctl verify command, it was observed that the service-discovery tests are passing, however the connection specification suite is failing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy 3 OCP 4.14 clusters
2. Install RHACM on hub cluster
3. Using RHACM console, import other two clusters and connect using Submariner add-ons with globalnet enabled
4. Deploy ODF 4.14 on both managed clusters
5. Install ODF Multicluster Orchestrator operator on ACM hub cluster
6. Create DRPolicy on Hub cluster
7. Observe the ODF mirroring status is in Warning state due to connectivity issues

Actual results:

Submariner Connectivity issue between the managed clusters. 
subctl verify connectivity verification failed. 

Expected results:

Connectivity verification should pass and no connectivity issue between the managed clusters.
