Since we are automating the hosted cluster import process, users do not need to perform https://github.com/stolostron/rhacm-docs/blob/2.9_stage/clusters/hosted_control_planes/importing_hosted_cluster_aws.adoc .

At the beginning of the section, we should say something like 

Hosted clusters are automatically imported into MCE once the hosted control plane becomes available. The following steps describe how to import hosted clusters manually 

Describe the changes in the doc and link to your dev story

Provide info for the following steps:
