Here are some general points to improve in the Governance RBAC page:

• The roles are missing the "<cluster-name>" "variable" at the end. For example, "open-cluster-management:admin:" should be "open-cluster-management:admin:<cluster-name>"
• The view bullet under "View the following operators" mistakenly says that the role for view is "open-cluster-management:admin:<cluster-name>" but it should be "open-cluster-management:view:<cluster-name>"

For the Console RBAC page, here are some improvements:

• Placement is missing
• RBAC for PlacementRule for the console doesn't match that of the App Lifecycle RBAC documentation

Provide info for the following steps:
