ApplicationSet creation Wizard flow is crashing after the placement steps(4th step)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. All Cluster -> Application -> Create application -> Select Application set.
2. Enter name: appset1
3. Select Argo server 
4. Click Next 
5. Select Repository type: Git
6. Add URL: https://github.com/RamenDR/ocm-ramen-samples
7. Select revision: main
8. Select path: busybox-odr
9. Enter remote namespace: appset1
10. Click Next
11. Again Click Next
12. It will already give warning alert: ClusterSets failed to load. Check the GitOpsCluster and Placement YAML for status errors.
13. When you click Next it will crash with message "Uh oh, something went wrong..."
