Description of problem:

When trying to deploy a subscription application, typing into the time window text field does not take any input.

NOTE: this impacts ACM 2.7.5+ on OCP 4.13 only

1.  create a subscription application
2. In the time window part choose blocked and try to type in a start time

Actual results:

field does not take in any input

start time should be logged into the text field
