Description of problem:

gather-acm.log in 2.8 doesn't include all info on the version of ACM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.8 image

How reproducible:

not attempted but suspecting it will 100% of times

Steps to Reproduce:

1. generate acm must-gather with `oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/rhacm2/acm-must-gather-rhel8:v2.8.0 --dest-dir=<directory>`
2.  extract it and open the gather-acm.log
3. ...

Actual results:

only able to see what the mce must-gather captures

Expected results:

able to see acm info in that file. mce-must-gather should use gather-mce.log instead.

Additional info:

there may be other conflicts that I haven't thought of yet
