Description of problem:
A PR that contained some basic ACM changes was merged a few months ago it had some trailing white spaces.  This triggered something that caused Quay to get removed from the cluster. The trailing whitespace has since been fixed. Looking for a RCA on why the trailing whitespace led to the removal of quay.
