Description of problem:

The MCE web console links to our upstream hypershift docs rather than the official ACM docs. A screenshot will be attached outlining the issue. In the console navigate to

Clusters->Infrastructure->Control plane type - Openshift Virtualization->Create cluster

The "View documentation" link incorrectly links to our upstream documentation instead of the official ACM docs.
