Description of problem:

On the import cluster view, I get a validation error after changing the import mode to "kubeconfig" and back to "Run import commands manually".  The validation is expecting a kubeconfig, but that import mode isn't currently selected. I can't proceed unless I cancel and start again.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the "Import existing cluster" view.
2. Change "Import mode" to "kubeconfig".
3. Change "Import mode" back to "Run import commands manually"
4. Click "Next" and the validation error will appear.
