As a cluster admin, I can be able to see my hosted clusters are imported as managed cluster automatically

      Once the controlplane is deployed in the management cluster, it is very important to import the hosted clusters as managed clusters. so that the hosted cluster can be managed by the controlplane. e.g.: deploy policies into the managed cluster
