Console is slow when running ACM 2.8.0 in Cypress test framework

      Description of problem:

      when running automation and trying to use the ACM console, loading takes much longer when getting into applications page on ACM

      1. try to use the console by logging into ACM

      Actual results:

      console is very slow and has very high loading times

      Expected results:

      results should appear faster
