Submariner is only supported with OpenShift clusters that use the OpenShift SDN CNI or the OVN Kubernetes CNI. I think we had this documented in the past, but it looks like it's no longer the case. We better document this to ensure customers are aware.

We need to fix this for ACM 2.8, and also 2.7 and 2.6.
