Description of problem:

When looking for kinds in the Search bar, the dropdown shows inconstent results. By typing 'cert' we first get 5 results and when doing that again after a few minutes we only get 3 results in the dropdown. We have tried increasing the SHARED_CACHE_TTL and USER_CACHE_TTL to 600000 but the issue still occurs. We have the issue in our dev and prod env. where we have +- 200k resources in total.
