Description of problem:

When there are multiple argo servers created on the same namespace, the placement section on the gitops wizard shows the clustersets referenced by the first argo server even if a different argo server is selected incorrectly reflecting the gitopsclusters

1. create 2 argo servers on the same namespace with different referenced clustersets
2. select the second argo server and check the placements tab
3.  

Actual results:

the clustersets on the list show the clustersets referenced by the first argo server

Expected results:

the clustersets on the list should show the second argo servers clustersets
