      Policies are in pending state referencing compliant events.

      How reproducible:

      The issue was discovered in customer environment after updating managed clusters. The affected policies seem random on the updated clusters.

      Actual results:

      policies go into pending state even though dependent events are compliant

      Expected results:

      policies reflect compliancy accurately
