- Expose the images in global-hub operator as environment variables so that they can be injected
- Allow to configure imagePullSecret and imagePullPolicy. the default value of imagePullSecret is `multiclusterhub-operator-pull-secret`

- Write a document about how to install in a disconnected environment.
