Summary

Once the component images are building and everything is wired up for MCGH, we need to develop a render_templates (whether stored in GitLab or a branch of the release repo) that draws certain configuration from a central source that correctly forms the bundle image for MCGH similarly to MCE, ACM, Submariner, and Volsync.  This step will also involve discussions with the MCGH development team to understand how much of this config must be done upstream vs downstream!
