Summary

The Multicluster GlobalHub operator will deliver separately from, and on a different cadence than, MCE / ACM.  As a result, it will need its own product configuration and releases in Errata tool.  This is usually initiated by the ACM DevOps team by creating an issue for the SPMM team and the request is usually worked and fulfilled by SPMM and verified by the DevOps team.

This process was recently explored via SPMM-11053 which captured the work necessary to set up Gatekeeper with its own independent product and releases!
