control plane react-data-view image is not accessible for other languages

      Description of problem:

      As the new data view image for hosted control plane is a static image, this will not be translated when MCE/ACM is viewed in a different language:

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      ACM 2.8.0-DOWNSTREAM-2023-03-13-01-52-04 and

      MCE 2.3.0-DOWNANDBACK-2023-03-12-14-22-02
