Description of problem:

Go to Applications --> Advanced Configuration --> Placements.  I see two placements there but when I click on the name of either placement, the following error message is displayed (see attachment)

1. Create placement

2. Go to Applications --> Advanced Configuration --> Placements and choose placement

1. The following error appears when clicking on the placement name.

I would expect to be able to see more details of the placement

Additional info:

I was advised on slack by fxiang that this is due to still using the apiversion v1alpha1 instead of v1beta1.
