Description of problem:

Upon selecting control plane of hosted cluster to be upgraded, it's not updated in the UI [image 21] until later in the progression [image 22]

Steps to Reproduce:

1. provision new HC
2. upgrade control plane of hc
3. observe status under control plane status and/or distribution version of cluster

Actual results:

delay before status change

Expected results:

status changes right away user selects upgrade
