Same version appears twice in hosted cluster add node pool modal

      Description of problem:

      When adding a new node pool via UI, sometimes the same version appears twice:

      In this case, the hosted cluster was created on OCP 4.11.20, with 1 node pool also on OCP 4.11.20. Then user upgrades only the control plane to 4.11.21, and adds a NEW node pool which is on 4.11.21 as well via the CLI.

      From there, if a user tries opening a new node pool via UI, then we see this duplication.
