      Description of problem:

When we get to the review screen of the s3 bucket credential, if we have failed validations for specific fields, it shows the issues in a table similar to importing:

      1. Doesn't appear right in dark mode
      2. not clickable to the page, doesn't provide useful info
      3. In the other version of this wizard, in the cluster create modal, this validation doesn't appear if there are issues:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      2.8.0-DOWNSTREAM-2023-03-03-17-00-20

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. go to s3 bucket oidc secret credential
      2. enter no value for bucket info
      3. go to review page

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      Additional info:

We don't have this additional validation table for other credentials. Should we make it consistent?
