Description of problem:

When we apply changes directly to the YAML, such as for bucket name, region, or credentials, the change is not applied and reflected to the UI.

For example, in this screen we start typing in the yaml section for bucket-name and region:

However, once we move off the yaml for it to apply, it gets negated.

3. try to change yaml
