Description of problem:

Keeping the namespace fixed to local-cluster for hypershift is a requirement, we make this known to the user which is good, but:

1. we should point to the oidc section specifically

"Learn more" points to

maybe better to point it to:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.7/html/clusters/cluster_mce_overview#hosting-service-cluster-configure-prereq-aws 

2. We should also probably make sure the path is correct for ACM 2.8 docs if there is any change to it so it works once it release.

3. Is it possible to add additional detail on how to get the bucket credential? 

For example, we have this for RHV and other credentials:

"How do I get Red Hat Virtualization credentials?"

We can have one for this S3 Bucket OIDC secret, that points to the same section mentioned above within the Bucket space:
