S3 Bucket credential description needs updating

      Description of problem:

      As discussed, we currently only support S3 Bucket for hypershift, so we should update the credential description to reflect this. For regular AWS credential, we have  "Red Hat Openshift Provisioning", maybe we do something similar here and specify HCP such as "OIDC Secret for Red Hat Openshift Provisioning with hosted control plane" ? Perhaps need opinion from doc/ux.
