Description of problem:

When unpacking the hypershift cli downloaded from the command line tools section in the console, we get a binary that is nested many layers which conflicts with the installing hypershift cli documentation at https://github.com/stolostron/hypershift-addon-operator/blob/main/docs/installing_hypershift_cli.md

2. Go to command line tools in the console
3. download hypershift cli
4. extract binary from hypershift.tar.gz
