DOC - Add support for AWS S3 credentials wizard with Hypershift

      Note: Doc team updates the current version and the two previous versions (n-2). For earlier versions, we will address only high-priority, customer-reported issues for releases in support.

      Prerequisite: Start with what we have

      Always look at the current documentation to describe the change that is needed. Use the source or portal link for Step 3:

      Under managing the credential for AWS, we can have a bullet point or sub task for AWS. The new topic is for creating AWS s3 secret from ACM credential wizard. 

      To create s3 secret:
      1. Add credential -> AWS -> s3 bucket
      2. If you click "For Hosted Control Plane", the name and namespace will be pre-entered 

      Fields:

      • bucket name: the name of the s3 bucket
      • aws_access_key_id: Add your AWS access key ID for your AWS account. Log in to AWS to find your ID.
      • aws_secret_access_key: Provide the contents for your new AWS Secret Access Key.
      • Region: your aws region
